Mr. Pough brings a rich history in business development as well as disability and accessibility advocacy to his new position as a Business Development Manager at TecAccess.

Living with a disability, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Mr. Pough has faced challenges and has accomplished many goals throughout an impressive career. He was a founding leader at South Carolina´s first Independent Living Center. He is also the founding partner in TechnoAngels as well as the founder and CEO of LaMondrè Pough Unlimited. To add to his many accomplishments, he is also the host of a weekly radio program, The LaMondrè Pough Show, Empowerment Radio.
As Business Development Manager, Mr. Pough will provide TecAccess´ international clientele with comprehensive accessible technology programs, disability employment services, and marketing solutions that allow organizations to better serve the world´s largest and fastest growing minority group -- people with disabilities and the mature audience. Mr. Pough will offer professional IT/Web accessibility and usability testing, consulting, and training services to commercial, government, and educational organizations.
