Rockville, VA-- September 13, 2005-- TecAccess, a worldwide leader in Section 508 compliance and electronic and information technology (E&IT) accessibility solutions, has accepted an invitation to speak before the US Office of Personal Management (OPM) and its e-Training Initiative's Voice of the Customer group.

The e-Training Initiative is one of twenty-four e-Government initiatives outlined in the Presidential Management Agenda, President George W. Bush's strategy for making the federal government more focused on citizens and results.

Debra Ruh, Founder and President of TecAccess, was asked to share her knowledge and expertise about 508 issues with users of the federal government wide e-Learning system (www.usalearning.gov) at the OPM's Voice of the Customer User Group Meeting.

The Voice of the Customer members are Federal Government learning specialists, human resource information specialists, and persons responsible for learning in Federal Government agencies and are users of the e-learning / training systems offered by the Initiative. The presence of Debra Ruh will provide the Voice of the Customer members an opportunity to learn and share information about the e-Learning industry and the role of Section 508 has in the e-Learning industry.
