TecAccess Adds JAWS Scripting to its Suite of Services

Rockville, VA-- TecAccess, a world leader in electronic and information technology (E&IT) accessibility solutions, announced that it would add JAWS scripting to its suite of services. Travis Roth, TecAccess Senior Accessibility Analyst, will be one of several associates who will perform this service.
Scripting is a term used to describe the programming language that accompanies JAWS, the screen reading application produced by Freedom Scientific. The powerful scripting interface allows the screen reader to be used with many applications that otherwise do not initially work with JAWS. TecAccess can customize JAWS to provide the user with the information needed to use an application in speech or Braille output. Thus if an organization´s application is partially or completely incompatible with JAWS for marketing purposes or employee usage, it may need JAWS scripts developed.
