TecAccess Part of L-3 Communications Team Awarded $50 Million U.S. Marine Corps Contract

New York-- June 24, 2004-- (Business Wire)-- L-3 Communications (NYSE:LLL) announced today that its Government Services, Inc. division (L-3 GSI) has been awarded a six-year, $50 million contract by the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) College of Continuing Education to provide innovative training solutions that will allow U.S. Marines to train anytime, anywhere. The contract is designed to meet the immediate needs of the USMC and its future training requirements through the design and development of distance learning solutions.

To support the U.S. Marines in this effort, L-3 GSI has formed a collaborative team of industry leaders in the analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of military curricula and instruction. Joining L-3 GSI are D.P. Associates Inc., Omega Training Group, Inc., CACI, and TecAccess.

The L-3 GSI team will use innovative, web-based collaborative development tools and databases to produce interactive courseware and electronic performance-support tools, which will be delivered via the Internet and other electronic media.
