TecAccess to Present During Thomson NETg Learning and Training Week

Rockville, VA-- April 4, 2003-- Thomson NETg has asked Debra Ruh, founder and president of TecAccess, to speak during the Learning and Training Week, which will run from April 28 to May 1, 2003, in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Ruh will give her presentation on April 30. Joining her in a panel discussion will be Thomson NETg´s Federal Accounts Manager, Dennis Stone, and its Software Development Manager, Derek Remfper.

Ms. Ruh and Mr. Stone will offer cost-effective solutions for e-learning products that comply with Section 508. They will discuss techniques that make the technology more accessible for person with disabilities. Besides providing a better understanding of Section 508, they will also explain how to incorporate compliance without sacrificing learning. Moreover, Mr. Remfper will demonstrate Thomson NETg´s unique approach to true accessibility.

Section 508 is the amendment to the Workforce Rehabilitation Act of 1973 that was signed into law by President Clinton in 1998.
