President´s Corner

Well, the holidays are here, and this is always a good time of year to think about everything for which we are thankful and to count our blessings. At TecAccess, we feel blessed by so many things, including our growth and our associates. We grew 83% in sales from last year, and we now have 40 associates that support TecAccess fulltime, part-time, or project-by-project.

Both our customers and partners have taken TecAccess under their wings and helped us grow in many ways. TecAccess is 4 years old and we are proving that a company with this type of business model cannot only be successful but also thrive and grow and, yes, even change the world.

I am thankful for many people this year, but special thanks must go out to my partner and the CEO of TecAccess, Rich Belyea. He keeps his eye on our financial status like a hawk. If it were not for his contributions, we would never be where we are today. In addition, I would especially like to thank my family-- my wonderful husband Ed, and our terrific children Sara and Kevin.

Two of my favorite quotes:

"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science. He to whom the emotion is a stranger, who can no longer pause and stand, wrapped in awe, is as good as dead; his eyes are closed."

--Albert Einstein

"It is for us to pray not for tasks equal to our powers, but for powers equal to our tasks, to go forward with a great desire forever beating at the door of our hearts as we travel toward our distant goal."

-- Helen Keller

As I walked down the path to create TecAccess, there were so many obstacles in the way but many blessings as well. Looking back, it was worth the struggle and sacrifices. Therefore, I start the New Year 2005 thankful for everyone who has helped TecAccess. Thank you all and Happy Holidays!
