Theresa Lee has 23 years progressive experience as a corporate leader and executive in the government and commercial business sectors. As both a military officer and a civilian contractor, Ms. Lee has managed operational programs at global locations for a variety of agencies, with values up to $10 billion. Her clients include the Department of Defense and all military services, the Internal Revenue Service, the US Department of Education, HP, and IBM.

Her diverse background includes program management expertise in communications and training, with the past 12 years focused on IT training solutions, including Section 508 accessibility requirements and standards implementation for her clients. Ms. Lee is adept at all aspects of executive corporate leadership, including contract and financial management, performance scheduling, and development and implementation of short-term and long-term business goals and strategies. Ms. Lee holds a Masters in Government Contracting from Old Dominion University.
