Paul Spicer, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications, is a published author and award-winning writer on the topic of disabilities and business enterprise. His business columns have appeared in international publications, and he has authored three books. Having operated his own marketing and public relations consultancy, with a focus on disability friendly businesses, Paul is versed at conveying the return on investment and market share that is available to private industry that successfully include people with disabilities and the Baby Boomer demographic as a target audience.

As the winner of Style Weekly´s Top 40 Under 40 award, as well as a national award in disability friendly media, Paul has helped develop the TecAccess brand into an international success story. He has been instrumental in community outreach efforts and educating the public on the value of accessible design. In addition he has worked with organizations and award committees, such as the US New Freedom Initiative and Small Business Administration, to help promote the mission of the many awards given to TecAccess. Paul has also secured speaking and training events for TecAccess as far away as Europe and Africa, and is responsible for implementing publicity and marketing campaigns for TecAccess´ clients looking to gain a competitive advantage through accessible design.
